Dear Sprint
Thank you for continually charging me for applications that I did not order. This months charge for $5.95 for your radio application was no surprise. I appreciate that you would allow me to have access to a bazillion songs that I either have no use for, or already have on my SD card, and letting someone else decide the order in which they are played, nice. Although I will decline, as I have the “shuffle” feature.
Thank you so very much for identifying yourself by name and city in which you are located. I appreciate not being lied to by “John” who is really in India.
I also enjoy calling you each month to unsubscribe from services that I did not order, and the “one time courtesy” that you extend by adjusting my bill. It just never gets old. I still have many fond memories of the nearly one year relationship we had over tv, while you insisted that I downloaded it and therefore was stuck with it, and I reminding you that tv was not an application I could use on that phone. Fun times. I’m getting a little teary just thinking about it.
I would also like to thank you for extending me the opportunity to renew my contract for an additional two years. $70 is so worth it, seeing how it would cost me $400 if I were to break up with you. It seems like a no brainer. Yet, I will decline as I do every month. I’ve been with you for six years, if you cannot trust me by this point then maybe we should break up anyway. I would like to be with because I want to, not because I have to, something that I hope you appreciate.
Really, thanks for the monthly get togethers. They are the highlight of my days.
Sincerely,
Annie

We had 5 phones with them, to cancel would have cost us $1,000 – we are out of contract now, but in order to go anywhere else, you have to sign a contract…..

Same exact thing happened with me this month with Sprint. Found charges for $9.99 and $15. I think Sprint must need the money, maybe they invested with Madoff.

I hate it, their commercials say they have 3 million customers, I’m thinking if they over charge an average of $1/month/customer that’s $36 million a year. But I’m not cynical or anything
