Although we went through the same “guided imagery” experience Kelly did with our MAPP class, it’s always good to have a refresher. This is great stuff!! Keep it coming.

Great post. I had to laugh when I read, best…the people and worst…the other people. So true!!! Our facilitator in our MAPP classes had us close our eyes and envision a similar scenario. I was in tears before she finished. It really does make it seem much more real when you put yourself in their place.
