Technorati is currently down.  Again, like it has been on and off all week.  Ping has been broken for most of the week. So, I have deemed it unreliable, but as a compensation, since I did see several new incoming links, I will take the percentage of increase of average daily visitors between last week and this week.  That number is

As for Twitter….I haven’t yet begun to rock it there.  Microblogging is not something that has me really jazzed yet.  I could send you Bible verses, random quotes, and tiny url links.  I won’t.  That’s been done.  With that being said, my Tweeple (including Twitter followers and FB friends who I know exclusively online) number

I’m sure it won’t be long before we announce our joint venture contest as to who can finalize their adoption in my state faster.  Keeping in mind that she’s not in my state.  Any bitterness you feel is directed solely at the state.  I heart Momma:)

THE JOB – URINE TEST
(Whoever wrote this one deserves a HUGE pat on the back!)

Like a lot of folks in this state, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I
pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In
order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test
with which I have no problem. What I do have a problem with is the
distribution of my taxes to people who don’t have to pass a urine test.
Shouldn’t one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I
have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no
problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other
hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their A–, doing
drugs, while I work. . . . Can you imagine how much money the state
would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance
check?
Pass this along if you agree or simply delete if you don’t. Hope you all
will pass it along, though. . Some thing has to change in this country
– and soon!!!!!!!
I guess we could title that program, ‘Urine or You’re Out’.
