What is She Talking About?
BOTH children. Born of the Heart children. Children that, for whatever reason, did not come out of your body. Be they step-children, children you foster, or children you adopted.
We Throw Frisbees? Look closely at the first letter of each word. WteeF? Also can be used as a statement. We throw frisbees. In honor of my husband’s disc golf club that fights over every little thing. They often need reminded that they are not working on a peace treaty between the Israelis and the Palestinians. This statement is just a reminder to keep things in perspective.
Anyway – This is a drinking game I invented to make my blog more enjoyable by getting you drunk with my excessive use of the word “anyway”.
The Orphans – This statement refers to our foster children. Not in a disparaging way. Just a reminder that these kids have no legal parent. This is not to point out how great we are for caring for them, nor does it lessen their place in our family. We love them immeasurably. We, as much as we would like to, do not treat them as our own. We are legally prohibited from doing so. We treat them as close to our own as we can without risking losing them.
